Refund policy.

The short version

The diagnosis is free — you see your brand score, your findings, and the full diagnosis before you pay anything. The report is generated specifically for your brand the moment you pay, which makes it a personalised digital good that can't be "returned".

When we refund

• You paid but never received a report. If generation failed and your report link shows no strategy content within 24 hours, we refund in full — no questions.
• You were charged twice for the same report. The duplicate is refunded in full.
• The report is broken — sections missing, wrong brand analysed, or technically unusable — and we can't fix it within 48 hours of you telling us.

When we don't

• You received a complete report but disagree with its conclusions or expected different advice. The free diagnosis exists precisely so you can judge the quality of our analysis before paying.
• Your follower count or engagement didn't grow after following the plan. Strategy is a starting point; outcomes depend on execution.

How to request one

Email hello@getforme.in from the address you used on Forme, with your report link and a line on what went wrong. We reply within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
