When you use Forme, we collect the information you give us directly: your email address, your Instagram profile URL, your website URL (optional), and your answers to our strategy questions.
When you run a scan, we read publicly available data from the Instagram profile and website you submit — bios, captions, posting dates, and engagement counts that anyone can see. We never ask for your Instagram password and never access private accounts.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.
Your data passes through a small set of infrastructure providers, each bound by their own security terms: Supabase (database), Railway and Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (report generation), Apify (public profile scanning), Razorpay (payments), and Resend (email delivery).
Your report and the data used to build it stay stored so you can return to your report link. If you want your data deleted, email us and we will erase your sessions, reports, and personal details within 7 days.
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask for full deletion at any time. Write to hello@getforme.in from the email you used on Forme.
